License number does not work. I purchased TurboTax Deluxe with State online from Amazon. The license number issued does not work. I can not get any help from Amazon on.

Did you download the program and get it installed ok?  You have the 14 digit License Code but the Activation box doesn't take it?

Are you trying to enter it into the Online version?  Sorry you can't apply the Desktop purchase to the online version.

"Client return"?    What exactly are you doing-----you are not allowed to use TurboTax if you are a paid tax preparer--it violates the terms of service.
