License entering issue 2021 desktop Mac

I am trying to activate a copy of turbo tax for Mac Delux with state that I just purchased.  when I enter the license number, it is not recognized....in fact nothing happens.  the only click button visible is "cancel"  Hitting Enter does nothing.  I have manually entered it and I have used the copy code feature.  neither seem to work.

I have also deleted the application and redownloaded the software then reinstalled.  I have also restarted my computer.

I can find now way to trouble shoot this and of course customer service isn't open on Saturdays.

any help would be appreciated

I figured it out......I tried changing screen resolutions to make window bigger and that didn't help.....and I tried to make the window larger by dragging the window edges and it would not enlarge.

However, if instead of hitting enter/return, I hit the tab button, the window moved down and a button that says activate appeared.  once I was able to click on that, I was all set.

I ran into the same problem trying to install Turbotax 2021 Desktop to amend a tax return.

The problem is that the License Key Window is not expandable.

After entering your License Key, you will need to double click in the Window to activate the vertical and horizontal scroll bars.

Scroll down to the bottom of the Window and you will see a Tab that says 'Activate License'.

Took me a few minutes to solve this puzzle.
