    My order number is [removed]. My license code is [product key removed]. It does not work.

    The license number I have does not work. I have notified Support three times. The license number that was emailed to me was the same number I am using.

    Did you buy the License Code for the Online version or the Desktop download.   Where?  Several retailers are selling both.
