I'm trying to import data from a brokerage and a popup screen comes up requesting my Intuit account info. I cannot type any characters into the popup screen. The same thing happens with the help TurboTax help center. Any ideas? Thank you

I tried the admin suggestion and it didn’t work. I plugged in a wireless mouse to use instead of the touchpad on the keyboard and everything now work!
