I'm using desktop version of Turbo Tax Premier 2025 and trying to download my state. I keep getting the "We are sorry, we are having trouble authorizing your credit card. Please verify your billing address, card number and CVV and try again" error. I've tried different addresses and different credit cards. Nothing works. Getting very frustrated. How do I fix this issue?

Got connected with a specialist on the support team. The person said they couldn't help me and asked me to connect to the billing department. I tried to call the billing department and no answer. Anyone else got any tips? I've already tried "123 Main Street", different cards, different addresses.. Nothing works
