Ive applied ITIN for my parents. used dummy numbers. I printed out 1040, included W7/documents, mailed it to IRS, forgot to white out fake ITINs, would it be a problem?

Will IRS reject my ITIN application or just my Tax return?
Should I file an amended return or wait for the IRS response?

Just wait for them to contact you. They should figure out that the "dummy" ITINs were just placeholders, since you sent the entire package in with an application for ITINs.

You couldn't amend the return anyhow, because it hasn't been processed yet.
