Just filed and paid 1429 in taxes and final pages says I own $131? What is this

We cannot see your screen or your tax return, so we do not know what you are looking at.  Where do you see $131?  Sometimes people get very confused by the summary shown by TurboTax that shows the difference between a tax refund on a federal return and tax owed on a state return--or vice versa.  

Please look at your actual tax forms and see if you owe anything you did not pay.
