long story short, Turbo tax miscalculated my Oregon transit tax for 2018. This gave me extra deductions of $10k. I got a refund from Oregon, and owed a little for federal. I have since amended these returns in February. Oregon has sent me an adjustment letter, and The IRS will be sending one within three weeks - I owe for both for 2018.
With that being said, when will turbo tax reflect this information so I can correctly file my 2019 taxes? in the previous year box, it still reflects the original amounts. I am worried this may change my Oregon Kicker credit as I owe quite a bit to state after the amendment.

No. Not unless you transferred from the 2018 amended return before you started 2019. So you would have to start over and transfer from the amended 2018 on your computer. If you want to we can tell you how. Are you using the Online version?
I would appreciate that!
So far just using the online version, will I have to download the software to my computer to populate the 2018 amendment?
You can start your 2019 online return over and transfer from your new 2018 file. Do you have the .tax2018 data file on your computer?
You can Transfer the prior year from the Desktop program into the current Online versions. But if you already started an online return you will have to clear it out and start over or set up a new online account. How to clear and start over
How to transfer into the Online version, expand the blue link if you used the CD/download last year........
By the way, that article should say .tax2018 instead of .tax2019 everywhere.
