Hello there!

I am so sorry for your loss. 

You can file a joint return for 2022, and indicate that your spouse is deceased on the tax return.

In TurboTax, you can indicate that the spouse is deceased in the Personal information section, and the software will generate and complete the appropriate forms in the background based on the information you provide.
