@whhuang2000 Currently, this issue is only on the Windows and Mac CD/Download versions of TurboTax.  TurboTax Online is capable of handling the import.

This issue is still not resolved in Turbo Tax Premiere 2021.  It shows Get Identification Code here but there is no link to go to so I cannot do anything but manually enter my 1099

This is not what I expect from Turbo Tax.  I have been a dedicated user since 2012 or so and for my clients.  

Please advise.

Agree. Long time TurboTax user as well and pretty poor customer service and software that this can’t be fixed. Looks like the issue popped up months ago.  Plus spent hours trying to work around and read through posting to try and fix. If it’s broken, make a note in a pop up window on the Max download software so people don’t waste there time trying to solve…..
