Its telling me to hit the continue button on my phone to continue to the next page but theres not continue button on my phone screen?

If you are using an Android phone, try scrolling down to the bottom of the screen.  If you don't see a blue Continue box, then try swiping the screen from right to left.  This should bring you to the next screen in the app.
