Its been more than 8 years since I filed my taxes with TurboTax. This year I made a new account and used a different email to file my taxes. Will there be a problem?

No. Lots of people have more than one TurboTax account. TT accounts cannot be combined or merged. You can ignore the old abandoned account and just use the new account you have going forward.
