It would be better if you would start a new account with only your name. Trying to use an account that was previously used for a joint return will be too messy. It is hard to remove everything that might transfer over from a joint return. You can use the same email address, but start a new account with a new user ID. You will be filing either single or Head of Household (if you have the dependents living with you.).
