Are you having trouble transmitting your tax return or did you get a message that you are not eligible for e-filing?

It won’t let me E file

Mine personally won’t transmit because it says my SSN is duplicate, that it was already used to file which is untrue to my knowledge, I’ve checked and retyped it multiple times but my SSN is correct and this is the first time I’ve ever filed.
