Once I use the free edition online, my information won't load

My 4th year filing and once I choose the free edition, my information won't load and I can't move forward.

Don't use the free edition. Your information will not load. It's an Intuit "glitch" that forces you to purchase an
edition (which will download your prior years' information) if you're unwilling to re-enter all your demographic information.

It won't even allows me to do that.
