2018 Chrome Download

I've paid for 2018 download and when I go through Google because I have a Chromebook it will not allow me to download the program; it only shows 2017.  How do I get what I paid for to download, or get a reimbursement for the program?

It shows you are posting from a Windows 10 computer.  Can’t you download and install it on this computer?

TurboTax does not support the Chrome OS.  Only Windows and Mac Operating Systems are supported.
