It says that I can't e-file due to state schedule 1 not being ready in Wisconsin. In years past I was still able to file my federal. what changed?

The "Form 1" is available, a lot of the other forms are not, including the " Schedule i "

Schedule I is "currently" scheduled to be ready 6 Feb...but check back on the 8th
