it says "ready to mail" for 3-4 months, what should i do :(

Ready to Mail means the tax return has not been e-filed and it is waiting for you to print and mail the tax return.

You should go back to the File section and complete all 3 steps to e-file the tax return.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2024 online tax return.  Click on File on the left side of the online program screen.

You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large button labeled "Transmit my returns now".

After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.
