It says i only have 1 deduction i should have 3 dependants

I have three people to claim and it only says one on the form. Why

See if you can go back and add your 2 remaining dependents:

To add a dependent, follow the steps below:

• Sign into your account, select Take me to my return 
• Choose Personal Info tab
• On the screen Your Personal Summary, scroll down and click "Add a dependent" 
• Fill out the personal info for the dependent
