It's says I can't clear and start over because my return was already registered what does this mean?

registered your product you will not be able to clear and start over. There are
two options that you may do from this point you can create a new login and
begin over that way. You can also use the link below to see if you qualify to begin
a new return in TurboTax Freedom Edition. This is a totally free income
based edition of TurboTax that may better meet your needs and allow you to
downgrade and file for free.
