Which expert service do you have? Is it full service? If so you should have a method of contacting your agent.

That's what I did. Her office hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday 5pm-10pm. And Saturday and Sunday 7am-12pm. She last replied to me on March 28 asking for additional documents. I send that to her the following day and nothing from her since, except I've received 2 texts and emails that seemed almost generic stating it's "Urgent: I need more info by 4/3 to finish your taxes." I've tried contacting her though our message board about these messages since I haven't received anything from her there, but I haven't gotten anything.
We have to get you into the Expert channel. So, I suggest going into regular Expert help where you will be able to speak to an agent about your return. Explain the situation to that agent who can at least transfer you into Full Service.
