Just wanted to ask about this, how likely this happens, I know I needed to set my 2018 Ajusted income, and I put in a dollar over the amount by mistake. Does this have anything to do with why me refund is not approved?

I filed my Tax return 2023 and both Federal and State returns were accepted. For IRS "No return is on file". How is it possible? How can I fix this?Turbotax, any help?
