It only includes them if you manually entered them into the program yourself.  If not, they are entered in the Federal area of the program under Estimates and Other Income Taxes.

When logged in and working on your tax return,

  • type estimated tax payments in the search box at the top of the screen
  • a popup message will display that says Jump to estimated tax payments
  • from there, you should see the Estimated Tax Payments section
  • you will see an option in that section for Federal Estimated Taxes for 2016 (Form 1040ES) or State Estimated Taxes for 2016

Alternatively, in the online version of TurboTax, you can go to the Federal Taxes tab, then Deductions and Credits.  From there scroll to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid.  If you don't see that on your screen, there should be a link to Show More as you get to the bottom of the page.
