Only pictures of a W-2 can be uploaded to a 2019 tax return.

Which Form 1099 are you referring to?  There are almost two dozen different types of 1099.

You can only take a picture of a W2.  What kind of 1099 did you get?  1099R, 1099G, 1099B etc.
