It keeps saying for me to go back to federal to fix the payer id in which I have retyped both of them to make sure and on the state it's saying it still needs to be fixed

hmmm.

In the state ID# field..... if there is a hyphen between the numbers and the last 3 letters, don't put that in at all..no spaces either.....just run it all together on spaces, no hyphens  (if they are still using letters like "WTH" )

....someone somewhere in here said that the final three letters  (WTH ?) will take Ok if you use lower case "wth"

 

Just make sure you put in the first numbers and the final letters without a hyphen.
