Trying to figure out what to enter for my associated state. Box 20 says locality name & its empty but there is no box on my W-2 saying anything about an associated state.

Trying to figure out what to enter for my associated state. Box 20 says locality name & its empty but there is no box on my W-2 saying anything about an associated state.

It is simply the State that the locality is located in - i.e Philadelphia -> Pennsylvania. It should be the same as your box 15 state.
