Hi I put in for a payment arrangement for 30.00 a month for what we owe, was wondering if there is a problem or an error that happened, I didn't see the money come out yet

It can take up to several months for the IRS to approve and start drafting payments for Installment Agreements when you file it with your tax return, mail them.  You should mail monthly payments to the IRS until you have heard from them.
