Issues with City Tax Form

For Turbotax Deluxe Federal & State 2022, there seems to be an issue with being able to input wages earned in the city. There was actually no box available to input this information, therefore when my local taxes were computed it was omitting most of my information. I ended up having to go to the city of Lansing website and downloading a new PDF and redoing the city portion because no matter the update I did on the desktop, and no matter how I entered the info, there still was an issue with not being able to put in my wages. Granted, my refund is only 12 dollars, but lines are actually missing from the Turbotax version of the city form compared to the version that I was able to get from my city online. Has anyone else had an issue with this?
