Issue with specifying credit card month January and year 2024

You cannot see/pick January, as well as Year 2024 (for audit defense credit card payment)

No, I cannot do that either.

this morning I install the SW on my MAC and I don’t have any problem selecting January. So it is the GUI on windows platform.
