Issue with importing 1099 from Charles SCHWAB using TurboTax Premier windows desktop version

I am facing an issue with importing 1099 from Charles SCHWAB. This is what is happening:

1. Upon clicking on "Continue" button, 

2. Pop up comes one, saying it will open a tab in your default browser to get start ........etc etc

3. Click OK and it open a browser tab  that "Get My Form" button

4. Click on Enter form , it prompts for credentials and once entered, it connects and completes successfully.

Now the PROBLEM:

5 . The forms which were suppose be imported does not get imported to the desktop.. Rather  they appear in "intuit.com  under "Documents" section upon logging to the intuite web site.
