You cannot complete a partnership return (Form 1065) using Home & Business.   You would need TurboTax Business to prepare the Form 1065.    However, Home & Business would work to complete your personal tax return (

) with your partnership K-1. 

The partnership return will provide K-1s to each partner that they report on their personal returns.   The ''Business'' portion of Home & Business refers to single member LLCs and sole proprietorships that use Schedule C.   

If you have a partnership, S-Corp, or multi-member LLC, you will need 2 products >> TurboTax Business for the business return and a separate product for your personal return.   Personal Tax Products (you can switch between desktop and online).
