Is TurboTax CD/downloaded version having an issue with entering W2's? I get an error when I try.

I receive the error message: "W-2 import for this employer is unavailable in this product at this time.  
Please try again on Friday, 18 February 2022 at 09:00:00 PT" whenever I try to enter a W2 manually. However, when I used TurboTax online for my kid, the W2 went through just fine. Annoyed that I paid $70, and the program won't let me complete my taxes for 3 weeks!
