Is this option available when amending a return? (1040 - year 2019)

I turned in my Fed return 2019 on time last year.  But I only now finished my 2018 which I chose the option to Apply all 2018 returns to 2019.   But I only need to amend 2019 to show those funds applied..plus add Cap loss carryover.   

Question:  When selecting 2019 Amend (online) how do i get it to see my "Line 21 Applied to your 2019 estimated Tax" from the 2018 return?

Got this handled.  There is an exact location on the amendments to adjust this.   Thank you Matthew for the quick fix at turbotax support.
