Here's what usually resolves this issue:
- Delete the 1095-A (and form 8962).
- Once deleted, sign out of TurboTax completely
- Log back into the software, and re-enter the information for the 1095-A
If the issue persists or if you can't delete the form, contact customer service. Sometimes it helps to check back in a couple of days.
