Did you start preparing it using the CD/download? If you saved it, it is a tax file on your hard drive.
https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1901659-find-your-tax-data-file-in-mac
What year? Do you have the Turbo Tax program installed? The tax return files end in .tax2022 or .tax2023 etc.
Are you on Windows or Mac? When you launch Turbo Tax doesn't your return show up in it? Go up to File-Open.
For Windows
Did you search your whole computer for all files ending in .tax2022? And check the recycle bin and your backups. Check in One Drive, Drop Box, etc. It should be in your Documents then in the Turbo Tax folder. Also if you have multiple Windows user accounts, log into each one and do the search for the *.tax2022 data file from within each one and checking the Recycle Bin in each one.
If you don't have the main .tax file you might have one that starts with a Tilde sign ~ like "~your name.tax2022". That file is if your computer crashes or your real file gets lost or deleted or corrupt so you can restore it.
The tag below your question says you are using TurboTax Online. If that's correct, the incomplete tax return is not on your computer. If it's a 2023 tax return, sign in to TurboTax Online and the incomplete tax return will be there. Make sure you sign in with the same user ID that you used to start the tax return.
If you need more help, please clarify whether you used TurboTax Online or the CD/Download TurboTax software to start the incomplete tax return, and what year the tax return is for.
