To clarify, have you received a message telling you why you can't efile?
Yes, I did receive a message that said, "unfortunately you can't e-file" and took me directly to the print and submit by mail page.
You should be able to e-file with this form.
Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.
Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

I appreciate your feedback. As I've already downloaded the PDF of my forms, I seem to be unable to access any kind of e-filing. It tells me my return is complete because I've printed the forms. Oh well.
