Is there a fix for this error? We hit a slight snag in this section. Make sure your Internet is connected, and then select Try again, refresh your browser.

At the step to File everything in TurboTax online, we keep getting this error:
Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section
Let's get you back to your taxes. Make sure your Internet is connected, and then select Try again, refresh your browser, or check back in a few minutes."

I've already tried multiple browsers on multiple machines in multiple locations.  And yes, every machine has been internet connected as we wouldn't be able to get to the TurboTax Online website if we weren't internet connected.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

The program may be caught in a loop.  Let's clear the cookies, history and reboot.

 

Cookies are small files that temporarily store data on your computer. We use them to personalize your experience so you see information you already entered and not items that are irrelevant or repetitive.

 

On rare occasions, they may make your browser think you already did something that you still need to do. To fix that, you'll need to delete (clear) the cookies from your browser.

Each browser has a slightly different method for deleting cookies. Choose the browser you're using:

@Cynthiad66 thanks for the reply.  I've already tried that and even went as far as trying it in an incognito tab in Chrome and Firefox.  Same thing.
