Is there a delay in the refer a friend program reward beyond 45 days?

I provided my code to a friend about 2 months ago and still have not yet received the referral gift card. My friend received the discount so I know it was approved, but still no gift card for me

You should use the information below to start a conversation about your gift card.  The only requirement is that your friend files their taxes with TurboTax:

• Get a $25 gift card from 1 of 30+ retailers for every new TurboTax customer who files their taxes. (Limits apply.) Invite more friends to get up to $250 in gift cards.
