TurboTax does not support IRS Form W-7.  If you have to provide the W-7 with your tax return then the return must be printed and and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

@larrytommerdahl2 , agreeing with my colleague @DoninGA , about having to mail in your return if you are going to have to include a W-7, just wanted add that 

(a) for including NRA person on your return whom does not have an ITIN, you need to prepare the return  with a dummy SSN,  select  "file by mail", print the filing copy and replace  dummy SSN with "N R A".

(b) sign , date etc.

(c) Fill out the W-7  for the NRA person and  either attach all the documentation required  and mail in the whole shebang  OR, make copies of the documents required, visit the local IRS office and request certification/verification of the copies as "true".  Now mail the return, W-7 and the copies  to the IRS  ( per instruction of form W-7).  This should result in retrospective issuance of the ITIN and then processing of the return.

I am assuming here that  your tax home is in the USA and not abroad  ( because  for that you need the services of an agent ).
