Every one of the TurboTax desktop CD/Desktop editions all contain the same forms and schedules, so the Deluxe edition also supports Schedule C.

Go to the TurboTax website for the desktop CD/Download editions and under the Deluxe edition scroll down, click on View Forms to see all the forms and schedules included - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
