Is it possible to split income for a part-year state return from 1 W2?

I entered my W2 but didn't give me option to split my income for another state

Yes, it is. However, if you look at the bottom of the W2, you should find state wages listed. This is what the employer has reported to each state. There can be more than one listed. It shows the state, the wages reproted to that state, and any taxes withheld for that state.

If you disagree with this then you have to ask your employer for a corrected w2 or else explain the discrepancy to the states involved.
