I tried clearing the cookies, different browser, closing the browsers out, shutting down everything, but still no luck. I suppose I will have to wait until I can contact support tomorrow.

Are you sure you are in the right account?
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.
Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
(as long as you logged into the proper account) Could also be a problem on some server that your area connects to.
My Chrome and EDGE Logins worked properly ("Continue with My Return" then "Pick up where I left off" ) and it's all still there.
