Is anyone else having problems with the dependent care credit section of the software. Technical glitch where it goes straight to review instead of allowing deduction

I am having a technical problem. Try to add child care for deduction, but it won't let me. Keeps taking me to the review section

Have you entered your income, and your spouse's income if filing jointly? You cannot enter child care expenses until you have income from working, either a W-2 or self-employment.
