Is anyone else having issues creating a password for a file? I enter a password, but it is not accepted.

I'm using the TurboTax 2023 software, Deluxe, for Mac.  I want to add a password to save my return on my computer.  When I'm in the file, I select "File" then "Encrypt."  I add the password.  Each time I go to "Add Password," I get a message noting the password needs to be 6-16 characters in length, which it is.  It will not accept the password.  I hope this clarifies the problem.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

On the pop-up screen where you enter your Password, try also changing your Question below it.  This has resolved the issue for some users.
