Is a Schedule M included in this program which would calculate "Modifications Decreasing Federal Adjusted Gross Income"?

That's a great question, that I would be happy to answer. After going through and double checking all our programs it turns out that TurboTax does not support this form. I'm sorry that I could not recommend a program for you.
