While you do get a date from the Internal Revenue Service as to when your refund should be available, they do not specify exact times. If you have a deposit date of today and have not received your refund yet, be patient.

There are no fixed times or hours when you can receive your 2024 tax refund during the 2025 Tax Season.

Additionally, each bank varies on when they post direct deposits. Even if your bank "usually" posts direct deposits at a certain time, they may handle Tax Refunds differently. Some banks might post once in the morning and once in the afternoon, only one time a day, and some may instantly.

In the Community, we do not have access to your TurboTax account and can not tell you where your refund is or why you do not have your deposit yet.

If your refund date has passed and you have not received your refund, it may be that your direct deposit, for a variety of reasons, was not able to be completed and your refund is coming as a paper check to the address on your return.

my dd 2-26-25. Still waiting. It is in the pending state now.

Just curious, did it apply overnight or in the afternoon? My transcript says 846 “refund sent 02/26” but is today the day I get it? Or now I have to wait those 3 days (March 3) for my bank to get it?

It depends. Continue to check your transcript and  your bank account for your refund. The IRS usually has a pattern however, we do not have specific information for your privacy.

Idk if this helps, but I chose to pay Turbo tax from my refund. I got an email from them yesterday stating they received it, they were taking out the fees and then would send the rest. The email said I should have it in 1 business day. My 846 date was also today 2/26. * Just got mine a little before 12pm est.

It typically has been coming later in the day for most that I’ve seen. I got mine after 11am Monday and wasn’t expecting it until today

I know someone who used chime and they got their a couple days before at 5pm

So my transcript says it is coming today, what time will it come? Credit Karma is where it is being deposited, and I looked up their deposit times and it says 9am, it is now almost 11 and still nothing. I planned to take my son to get more clothes when he gets home from school is why I’m so eager to get it. Please help.

Mine says today as well, and it has not come. Has yours? My son needs more clothes for school and I promised him we would go today so I’m really stressing.

The process date was 2/24. She got hers the Wednesday before the 24th which was the 19th at 5pm.
