IRS idicated that the form 1095-A that I should have or received by the taxpayer. The only I have is the 1095-C It's the same,Yes or No?

What needs to be done:
The IRS internal database indicates that a Form 1095-A should have been or will be received by the taxpayer. The ACA Marketplace providers have until 1/31/22 provide the 1095-A to taxpayers. For more information visit https://www.irs.gov/affordable-care-act/individuals-and-families/health-insurance-marketplace-statem.... In order to electronically file this return, you must provide information shown on Form 1095-A. If you do not have a form 1095-A from the ACA Marketplace provider, you will need to print this return and file by mail.
That is IRS telling me.

Did you have marketplace insurance?  No, a 1095-C is not the same.  You do not enter a 1095B or 1095C.  Just say No for the Health Ins part and skip it.  You only enter a 1095A which you get if you have Marketplace Ins.

If your 1095-C does not show twelve months coverage, then without other action  you weren't insured for the entire year.
