IRS idicated that the form 1095-A that I should have or received by the taxpayer. The only I have is the 1095-C It's the same,Yes or No?
What needs to be done:
The IRS internal database indicates that a Form 1095-A should have been or will be received by the taxpayer. The ACA Marketplace providers have until 1/31/22 provide the 1095-A to taxpayers. For more information visit https://www.irs.gov/affordable-care-act/individuals-and-families/health-insurance-marketplace-statem.... In order to electronically file this return, you must provide information shown on Form 1095-A. If you do not have a form 1095-A from the ACA Marketplace provider, you will need to print this return and file by mail.
That is IRS telling me.
