IRS has not received my efile

I filed back on 1/24/25. The irs still hasn’t received my efile. I have gone back and forth with the IRS and TurboTax and no one has answers. TT even gave me a confirmation code from the IRS and the IRS says that’s not a real confirmation code. When will there be a resolution to this problem.

also I spoke with one representative that was extremely rude and hung up on me and I never received a survey email after the call.
