I checked my return, I have not added any 1099-R forms. In that case, what should I do?
Did you call the number on the notice and ask them how to handle this issue of a missing form?
Read the notice again carefully ... did they just give a generic list of things to possibly send ? If so send what you have ... read the info in the link I posted for IRS direct instructions.
Thanks Critter. They have asked for my salary slips and letter from Employer. I will just provide them.
